Order terms
Review these terms alongside your quotation before payment.
Quotation and approval
An enquiry is not an order. Review the product, dimensions, configuration, quantity, included accessories, currency, delivery scope and estimated lead times in your quotation before approving it.
Payment
Once you approve your quotation, we will send you a Stripe payment link for the agreed amount. Full payment is normally required before we arrange your order. Any separately agreed staged amounts and due dates are stated in your quotation; the balance is payable before dispatch.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order before order preparation or production begins. Once order preparation or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled because it is made to order. Contact us promptly with your quotation or order reference to request cancellation and confirm the order status.
Refunds for eligible cancellations
For a cancellation accepted before order preparation or production begins, we will confirm the refund amount and arrange the refund to the original payment method. Payment-provider and bank processing times may vary. A cancellation request alone does not confirm that the order has been cancelled.
Returns and warranty
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Displays carry a one-year limited warranty from delivery for manufacturing defects under normal installation and use. Manufacturing faults and shipping damage are handled through our support process.
Delivery and installation
Shipping charges and responsibility for import duties, taxes, unloading and customs clearance are specified in your quotation. Installation, rigging and electrical work are included only if expressly stated.
Product images
Product photographs may be retouched for presentation. Screen-off images are visualizations; sample screen content is illustrative. The approved quotation defines the supplied configuration.
