Privacy
How enquiry, order and payment information is handled.
Who to contact
This website is operated under the Bisboom Sign brand, based in Shenzhen, China. For privacy requests, contact us on WhatsApp at +86 15889514953.
Information in your browser
Selected products and quantities are stored locally in your browser. Enquiry form details are stored in this tab’s session storage when you review a draft. The website does not submit this form to a server. Remove products to clear your selection, or use Clear saved draft on the review page to clear form details.
WhatsApp enquiries
When you choose Continue in WhatsApp, the message you reviewed is passed to WhatsApp. Tap Send there to deliver it to us. We use the details you send to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, fulfil orders and provide support. WhatsApp processes the conversation under its own privacy policy.
Payment information
After quotation approval, we provide an order-specific Stripe payment link. Payment details are entered on Stripe’s hosted page, not this website. We receive payment and transaction information needed to reconcile your order; we do not ask you to send card numbers in a website message or WhatsApp chat.
Order fulfilment
Where needed to fulfil an order or provide support, relevant order, delivery and contact information may be shared with manufacturing partners, carriers and payment providers. We do not publish customer enquiries on this website.
Hosting and technical data
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website. No advertising or marketing analytics scripts are installed in this release.
Retention and requests
We retain business correspondence and transaction records as needed to fulfil orders, support customers, resolve disputes and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; records that must be retained may not be immediately removable.
Downloaded drafts
Downloading an enquiry creates a file on your device. It is not automatically sent to us. You control whether to keep, share or delete that file.
