Once you approve your quotation, we will send you a secure Stripe payment link for your order. Full payment is normally required before we arrange your order. If a staged payment schedule is agreed, the amounts and due dates will be stated in your quotation, with the remaining balance payable before dispatch.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Displays carry a one-year limited warranty from delivery for manufacturing defects under normal use. Report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery with photos or video. Contact us for assessment and warranty support.
Warranty informationOrder cancellation
You may cancel your order before order preparation or production begins. Once order preparation or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled because it is made to order. Contact us promptly with your quotation or order reference to request cancellation and confirm the order status.
